Booking inquiries
The booking form collects the contact and event information you choose to provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your event. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Site services
Booking information is stored through the site’s hosting and database services. Access to the management area requires an authorized account. Operational services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Lovable and Supabase provide hosting, database, file storage and staff authentication. A booking notification containing your inquiry is sent to the band's configured booking inbox through Lovable's email service. The form is not a newsletter subscription.
Retention and security
Inquiry records and internal correspondence notes are kept while the band handles your request and related event arrangements. Closed inquiries with no activity for more than 24 months enter a staff review queue; this is a review period, not an automatic deletion promise. Authorized owners can export or delete inquiry records.
To limit spam, the server temporarily stores keyed hashes of email addresses and, when available, network addresses. These rate-limit records are removed after two days by the notification worker. Staff sign-in stores the authentication session in the staff member's browser; fans do not need an account.
Traffic and activity
Lovable's hosting analytics provide traffic and page-performance information. Booking form values are excluded from the website's custom analytics and general application logs.
Photos, video and external links
The site counts actions such as playing the showreel, opening ticket links and downloading press materials. These counts do not include form contents or a visitor identifier and do not use cross-session tracking cookies.
Video players load when you choose to watch a video. The video provider may then process information according to its own privacy policy. Ticket, map and social links take you to other providers with their own policies.
